I've seen the first five episodes, and I’m already at my limit; this series is simply dreadful. The choices these characters make are laughably absurd, and the drama itself feels dull and badly written—it really should just be canceled. I dislike all of the people in it. Their personal histories aren't something I want to learn about, and the performances lack any energy. The plot seems like a tired retread of familiar ideas, and even then, what’s supposed to be the central narrative gets overshadowed by manufactured situations intended to tell us about the characters. Despite how determined the writers are to make me invest in their family or teen storylines instead of the horror I came here for, it only made me dislike them more. This show is genuinely hard to endure.
