Synopsis

He sought her attention with a calculated charm, a yearning to be seen as something more than he was. She listened, and he offered counsel, a strange, unsettling request cloaked in the guise of helpfulness. Intrigued and perhaps a little unnerved, she agreed to test his words in the crucible of a bar, where they encountered Lee, a first-grade teacher whose easy smile concealed a darker intent.
