Synopsis

When Ivan the bear’s temper flares and he breaks free from his enclosure, Fossil finds him a sanctuary at the Animal Offenders Institute. All that Howard and Vince must do is transport Ivan there and back, safely, without attracting the unwelcome attention of the Hitcher.
