Synopsis

The arrival of a new president invariably brings a recalibration of national priorities. Soufan is made aware of the significance of UBL’s personal security detail, but his request for an audience is denied. O’Neill's attempt to return to Yemen is blocked, leading to his resignation. Meanwhile, the terrorists operating within the United States – Hazmi, Mihdhar, and Atta – become untraceable to their contact within the country.
