Synopsis

The Littles longed to venture beyond their homes, yet the present mayor refused, citing concerns about Dr. Hunter and his elaborate traps. A newcomer named Smiling Al arrived and launched a campaign for office, though he proved to be entirely insincere. Consequently, Tom, Lucy, and Grandpa resolved to ensure the current mayor’s re-election. In the meantime, Smiling Al allowed the Littles outside, only for them to become ensnared in Dr. Hunter's traps.
