Synopsis

Dinky entered a competition announced in the newspaper for a gas-powered airplane. He won, but was told he couldn’t have it, being rather small. Determined to claim his prize, Dinky set off for the Midget Models Co. in the Big City. Meanwhile, Tom, Lucy, Grandpa, and Henry headed to the same destination, intent on preventing Dinky's arrival.
