Synopsis

Makini’s recollections of that initial pilgrimage to the Tree of Life prove troublesome, leading to the Guard’s disorientation in the desert. Consequently, they find themselves compelled to learn a different rhythm of travel, navigating the sands under the cloak of night and charting their course by the constellations above.
