Synopsis

Hector recognized the enigmatic Cuban who had questioned Kiki: Felix Rodriguez, a seasoned CIA operative deeply implicated in the Iran-Contra affair. Despite explicit warnings to abandon his inquiries, Hector persisted, ultimately leading to his forced retirement.
