Synopsis

A fresh structure rose up alongside Spacely’s headquarters. The owner of this new establishment proved to be Cogswell, and George discovered the building encroached upon Spacely’s land – by a full six inches. In response, Spacely insisted Cogswell crawl across the ground on his hands and knees, an unusual display that also saw Jetson receive a promotion. This triumph, however, was short-lived, as it then emerged that Spacely's own building extended six feet beyond Cogswell’s property line...
