Synopsis

Alex Polizzi visits a Blackpool hotelier with ambitious designs for his seaside venture. Yet, the absence of a star rating and a series of unfavorable reviews have resulted in a decline in reservations. He acquired the dilapidated 15-bedroom property in 2009, investing £250,000 in an effort to transform it into a more exclusive destination, akin to a private members' club.
