Synopsis

In Great Yarmouth, Ruth offers assistance to two fledgling hoteliers whose guesthouse teeters on the brink of closure. They require an urgent education in the intricacies of the hospitality industry if they hope to keep their doors open. To gain practical insight, they tour a five-star hotel within the town, before Ruth guides them to her own successful business in Orford.
