Synopsis

Alex Polizzi travels to the West Midlands to assist Stephen, a 60-year-old entrepreneur facing a crisis. His family home, a cherished 500-year-old farmhouse, has been transformed into a ten-bedroom hotel, yet struggles with dismal occupancy – currently at just 23 percent. He's bewildered by the lack of success, and Alex tackles a series of problems: inadequate signage, the absence of blinds in guest rooms, and a general deficiency in privacy.
