Synopsis

In the historic town of Arundel, West Sussex, Alex Polizzi encounters Dave and Katie, a couple poised to transform a 500-year-old public house into a vibrant gastropub with carefully designed rooms for guests. With the opening date fast approaching and lacking any previous experience in the hospitality industry, compounded by the demands of raising three young children, this venture represents perhaps the riskiest undertaking of their lives.
