Synopsis

Just outside the historic city of Bath, business partners Rowena and Mike are struggling to keep their boutique hotel afloat. They run the property with a warmth more akin to a home than a commercial establishment, and Rowena’s generous hospitality is bleeding the business dry. Recognizing the precariousness of their situation, Alex Polizzi endeavors to show these hoteliers how to transform their customer base into a source of profit.
