Synopsis

In the bustling holiday and sailing destination of Falmouth, Cornwall, Alex Polizzi checks into Eden Lodge, a bed and breakfast, as a guest. Her aim is to experience the establishment firsthand and gauge the typical customer experience. She finds herself unimpressed by the owners, Lynn and Ziggy’s, idiosyncratic bedroom décor and the state of their indoor swimming pool. Polizzi concludes that a significant change is needed if the business hopes to become profitable.
