Synopsis

Ralph encountered an old acquaintance of Alice’s, who regaled him with tales of his current prosperity. This deception threatened to unravel when Alice’s former companion and his wife extended an invitation to a dinner at a lavish restaurant – a venue entirely beyond Ralph’s means.
