Synopsis

The quiet after therapy left Dean with an unexpected deficit: he could no longer grind. Determined to regain this lost skill, he takes on the task of solving a recent break-in at the office. Interspersed with the present-day investigation are glimpses into a younger Dean Sanderson, wrestling with a choice between a life of simplicity and embracing the path that would lead him to become the Grinder he was destined to be.
