Dessert Week arrives with a trio of demanding challenges for the remaining nine bakers. The judges have set them tasks designed to truly test their mettle: a Signature meringue that must be flawlessly crisp, a Technical bake requiring delicate precision, and a Showstopper chocolate creation promising to reveal the full extent of their skill.
