The Great Australian Bake Off — Season 9

The home bakers face a challenge: they must employ the imprime roll technique to create both an Esterházy torte and a cake that seems to defy gravity.

For Biscuit Week, eleven amateur bakers will face three distinct challenges: crafting Decorated Sandwich Biscuits, perfecting Pistachio Shortbread, and constructing a Biscuit Diorama.

As Pie Week progresses, the ten remaining amateur bakers face a demanding challenge: crafting their signature Party Pies, a Galette des Rois, and a vibrant Tangram Pie.

As Bread Week progresses, our dedicated home bakers present a tempting array of creations: delicate Mini Bagels, fragrant Turkish bread seasoned with Za'atar, and impressive Reveal Bread, designed to delight the eye as well as the palate.

The tropical theme continues as our final amateur bakers present their creations: vibrant Tropical Tarts, an elegant Mille Feuille, and whimsical Meringue Bombes.

As Little and Large week progresses, the remaining amateur bakers present a delightful array of creations: miniature tiered cakes, a colossal chocolate éclair, and an entire city constructed from biscuits.

This week celebrates Japan, and our dedicated amateur bakers turn their attention to Shokupan buns, delicate Matcha and Black Sesame crepe rolls, and impressive Double Fromage cheesecakes.

Earth Week arrives, and our dedicated home bakers embrace sustainability with creations inspired by the planet. Raw cakes, vibrant beetroot tarts, and miniature edible terrariums mark their celebration.

The week culminates in Patisserie Week, where the final bakers vie for a place in the ultimate showdown. They face a demanding challenge: to craft an *En Croute*, a Spiced Charlotte Ruse, and a Modern Viennoiserie.
The final round saw the bakers contend for the title, presenting a Top Forward Cake, a delicate Raspberry and Chocolate Entremets, and a truly impressive Choux-Stopper.
