The final week of Patisserie Week sees the remaining bakers vying for a place in the finale, their efforts focused on delicate Kouign Amanns, vibrant Strawberry Tarts, and intricate Petit Fours.

The final challenge brings our remaining bakers to a decisive contest for the title of Australia's Best Amateur Baker. They will present Botanical Cakes, delicate Paris-Brest pastries, and a Showstopper creation of their own design.
