Synopsis

A bank robbery is planned, yet those suspected of carrying it out remain elusive. While the Dallas Police search the sprawling city, Jack and Dan strike out independently, heading in the opposite direction. They are defying their entire department, guided by little more than instinct and a theory that the bank incident is merely a distraction for a far larger undertaking on the other side of town.
