Synopsis

During the course of a vandalism investigation, Jack and Dan uncover a disturbing trend: a series of thefts targeting classic automobiles throughout the city. Forewarned that a standard sting operation involving an unmarked police vehicle would be too easily anticipated, they find themselves compelled to independently pursue the elusive perpetrators.
