Synopsis

To increase revenue, Bantxu introduced gimbap to the menu. The variety of rice, however, proved problematic; the rolls consistently burst, leading to Yu Ri's distress. Attempts to rectify the rice resulted in lengthy preparation times, so they began offering complimentary skewers to those waiting. Simultaneously, a customer requested a gluten-free option not listed on the menu, prompting CEO Paik to devise a new dish immediately.
