Synopsis

He was overwhelmed. A constant stream of pleas for assistance had left him with no time to breathe, no space to think. The weight of their needs pressed down on him, a tangible burden. He wished for a moment's respite, a chance to simply *be*, but there was no escape from the relentless demands. Everyone seemed to be begging for his help, and he was utterly, hopelessly overbooked.
