Councilman John Balks moved a motion to close Kamado’s orphanage. At Deus’s gathering, Yuki and Yuno, having discerned his true identity, revealed him as the Eleventh Hour diary holder. Uryu relayed this information to Nishijima, who disclosed he had been reassigned as Balks’ bodyguard. Further, it was discovered that Yuno had been adopted.
