Synopsis

On their way to work, the boys succumbed to a sudden impulse and diverted course toward the ballpark. They feigned illness to their employers, and Barney was immediately instructed to see the company nurse for examination. Fred then devised an elaborate deception that successfully excused Barney from his duties—and landed him in the hospital.
