Synopsis

Following Black Hole's assignment of Joe as their target for Rag Doll, Singh advises him to enter Witness Protection. However, Joe steadfastly refuses, determined to continue his investigation of Carver. Meanwhile, while pursuing leads on Carver with Cisco, Ralph encounters Sue. Iris, in turn, finds herself increasingly wary of Eva.
