Wally West arrived back in Central City with a newfound serenity and a set of innovative skills. Though overjoyed to be reunited with his family, he shared with Barry Allen a growing unease regarding the Speed Force, the reason for his return. Separately, Cisco Ramon was returning from his investigation across Earth-Prime.
