Synopsis

Mark Mardon emerged from the black-matter explosion, seemingly resurrected from oblivion, driven by a singular purpose: vengeance against Joe for the death of his brother, Clyde. He now possessed the same extraordinary ability to manipulate the weather that had been a hallmark of his deceased sibling.
