Synopsis

Barry struck up a friendship with an African American man who had previously been a celebrated superhero, instrumental in defeating the Ghost—a terrorist who had terrorized the city through televised demands. Now, with the presumed-dead criminal unexpectedly revived and thawed from his frozen state, the Night Shade was once again operating.
