Synopsis

District Attorney Thomas Castillo, deeply entangled in corruption, engaged a private investigator, Megan Lockhart, to uncover the identity of the Flash. Subsequently, he leveraged this knowledge, threatening to reveal Barry’s secret unless he agreed to cooperate and work under Castillo’s direction.
