Synopsis

A petty thief came into possession of a peculiar device – one capable of inducing instant slumber. Emboldened, he embarked on a series of opportunistic exploits under cover of his victims’ unconsciousness. Now, with a grander scheme taking shape, he intends to plunge the entire city into an artificial sleep, and it falls to the Flash to intervene and thwart his audacious plan.
