Synopsis

Driven by ambition, a scientist and his associate pursued the elusive goal of creating a creature possessing extraordinary swiftness, though their efforts proved repeatedly fruitless. Eventually, they succeeded in cloning The Flash. Their young duplicate demonstrated remarkable aptitude for learning, yet possessed an emotional maturity akin to that of a child. Now, Barry Allen must confront the emergence of this twin, and find a way to halt his progress.
