Synopsis

The man was discovered deceased in the cab of his truck. Detectives pieced together a story of flight: he had escaped the Bosnian war, only to be cut down in Memphis streets. The city’s pavements were unforgiving, and its youth struggled against the grip the streets held over them. A young father was among those fighting back, but he too met a violent end, left for dead in the trunk of a car.
