Synopsis

A young man lies dead, and another is seen fleeing the scene. Detectives depend on eyewitness accounts to identify the perpetrator and bring him to justice. A young mother is shot and killed in her car, her infant twins crying from the back seat. The leads are often obscure, yet each one is pursued diligently in the effort to capture the killer.
