Synopsis

The rain fell hard on Detroit that night, and Sergeant Mike Martel discovered a young man, fatally shot, in a yard on the city's outskirts. He quickly realized he would need the assistance of someone close to the victim to solve the crime. Meanwhile, in Miami, Detectives Castillo and Castellanos investigated the brutal daytime murder of a young man. Their pursuit of the killer hinged on the community's willingness to speak, to offer the detectives a glimpse of what they had witnessed.
