Synopsis

The humid air of Miami hung heavy as a young man, barely out of high school, was fatally shot and left in his father's arms. Sergeant Eunice Cooper and her team are tasked with finding those responsible: two teenagers who sped away on bicycles. Meanwhile, in Cincinnati, Detective Jenny Luke pursues a different case – one involving a possible act of vengeance. A man is suspected of targeting a childhood friend he believed betrayed him.
