Synopsis

Detective Robert Quirk was immersed in a gang shooting, the aftermath of which had claimed two lives and left four others wounded. With surveillance footage offering no clear identification of the perpetrator, the detectives turned to witness accounts for any leads. Meanwhile, Detective Robert Blehm was assigned to the murder of a man discovered dead in his pickup truck, a wad of cash clutched in his hand alongside packets of drugs.
