Synopsis

In Dallas, a woman is fatally wounded while seated in her vehicle. Detective Eddie Ibarra and the homicide unit concentrate their efforts on two suspects apprehended during a robbery investigation, and the disparate elements of the murder begin to coalesce. Meanwhile, in Detroit, a young woman and her daughter are shot and killed inside their apartment. Detective Ernie Wilson quickly learns the shooter's name, but locating him becomes a relentless pursuit.
