Synopsis

In Kansas City, Kansas, Captain John Cosgrove and his homicide detectives race against time to apprehend a man suspected of fatally assaulting his closest friend with a cinder block, preventing his escape from the country. Detectives Greg Lawson and Mike York are relentlessly pursuing their murder suspect, a figure known to them only as "Teeth."
