Synopsis

Detective Ervens Ford and his team discover that the suspected killer of a young man shot dead in Little Haiti is affiliated with a notorious gang. They must locate him before he can flee the country. Meanwhile, when two teenagers are brutally gunned down in the Pork-n-Beans project, Sergeant Pepi Granado and Detective Freddy Ponce learn of a witness who observed the killings.
