Synopsis

In Atlanta, a young man of twenty-three was fatally shot before his friends, the result of a failed transaction. The discovery of a fifteen-year-old high school student on the steps of an apartment building teeming with children compels witnesses to speak truthfully; it is the only way for Tulsa Homicide to identify the person responsible.
