Synopsis

A transaction of illicit substances in a parking lot erupted into gunfire, resulting in the deaths of two men in Atlanta. Elsewhere, an execution carried out outside a motel in Tulsa, Oklahoma, spiraled into a double homicide when the perpetrator detected a witness to the act.
