Synopsis

In the heart of New Orleans, a man is attacked in broad daylight outside his grandmother’s home. Detectives Jeffrey Vappie and Tim Bender immediately focus on a woman connected to the victim. Suspicion falls on her, suggesting she may have orchestrated the shooting, but they know solid proof is needed—and soon.
