Synopsis

In Atlanta, a young father is murdered with chilling indifference at a derelict car wash. Detective Dwayne Sutton begins his pursuit of the killer, discovering the investigation may lead him to the Bloods. Simultaneously, when a Gulf War veteran is discovered shot dead in a park, Detective Michael Young must navigate a perilous underworld to uncover the motive.
