Synopsis

The midday sun beat down on New Orleans as a woman was executed, a brutal spectacle witnessed by many. Detective Chuck Ward soon suspects this was not an isolated act, and the victim may have been preceded by others. He must now find someone brave enough to come forward, a witness willing to break their silence before further violence claims more lives.
