Synopsis

In Dallas, a young woman lies dead in a field, the victim of a brutal shooting. Detectives Scott Sayers and Esteban Montenegro soon suspect her silence was the motive for her murder. Meanwhile, in Cleveland, a father of a young child is shot in the head while intervening in a street brawl. With no immediate leads, Detectives Ignatius Sowa and Raymond Diaz must turn to an incensed community for assistance in finding his killers.
