Synopsis

Amidst the violence of gang conflict, an innocent life is extinguished by a bullet. Detectives are in a desperate race against time to identify and apprehend the perpetrators before further bloodshed occurs. In Dallas, a father is found murdered near his own home, and the investigating officers turn to his neighbors, seeking any clue that might break the case.
