Synopsis

In Miami, Detective Frank Sanchez arrives at the scene of a brutal crime: the murder of a retired Miami Police captain, shot dead in plain sight at a marina along the Miami River. As initial inquiries yield no results, the Miami Police Department initiates an extensive investigation, pursuing the suspected killer across state lines to New Jersey.
