Synopsis

Officers made repeated appeals to the anxious inhabitants of the housing complex, locally known as the "Pork and Beans," urging their assistance in locating the man who had been preying upon them. Yet, following the third death in as many weeks, a chilling silence had fallen over the community; no one even bothered to dial 911.
